Trusted and Certified Mammography Facilities Near You

For a list of certified mammography facilities in your area, click here. Women who are over 40 and are uninsured or underinsured or women under 40 considered a high risk for breast cancer may be eligible for free or low cost mammograms through The New York State Cancer Services Program (CSP), a statewide initiative that provides free breast, cervical, and colon cancer screenings and education to eligible, uninsured & underinsured men and women.  Each of the 60 counties of New York State have a CSP including the seven Western New York Counties  – Allegany/Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee/Orleans and Niagara, but each partnership is uniquely managed to meet the specific needs of its community. Transportation

Road to Recovery  Provided by American Cancer Society. The Road to Recovery program provides transportation for cancer patients only in active cancer treatment who have no means of transportation or are unable to drive themselves.
Wings Flights of HopeThe mission of Wings Flights of Hope Inc. is to help people in need of free air transportation for medical and humanitarian purposes
Angel Flight America  A not-for-profit grassroots organization with a volunteer corps of more than 5,000 private pilots who provide flights of hope and healing by transporting patients and their families in private planes, free of charge, to hospitals for medical treatment.

Cancer Care Co-Payment Assistance Foundation is a not-for-profit organization  to address the needs of individuals who cannot afford their insurance co-payments to cover the cost of medications for treating cancer
Hill-Burton Free Care Program  Free or low-cost care is available for qualified individuals at a Hill-Burton care center
Needy Meds This site is designed to provide information about patient assistance programs which provide no cost prescription medications to eligible participants.
Partnership for Prescription Assistance  brings together America's pharmaceutical companies, doctors, other health care providers, patient advocacy organizations and community groups to help qualifying patients who lack prescription coverage get the medicines they need through the public or private program that's right for them.

Breast Cancer Fund identifies and advocates for elimination of the environmental and other preventable causes of the disease.
