Breast Cancer Fund identifies and advocates for elimination of the environmental and other preventable causes of the disease.
Center for Health, Environment & Justice is a national organization formed and led by Lois Gibbs (Love Canal activist) and is advocates for healthy communities by reducing toxic substances in our environment.
Cancer Action NY has an ultimate goal of eliminating the release of chemical carcinogens to the environment and educating the public in the avoidance of exposure to carcinogenic pollutants in our air, water and food.
Breast Cancer Action is committed to the precautionary principle of public health and works with other organizations to encourage the use of environmentally safe alternatives.
Cancer Incidence by Zip Code in New York State shows the number of people who developed the specific type of cancer while living in the ZIP Code area between 2002 and 2006. FINANCIAL ISSUES/TRANSPORTATION
Bella Moglie is a fund established in memory of Carolyn Caroll (a member of the Breast Cancer Network of Western New York, Inc.) by her husband, Jim Caroll to assist with any need that enhances the quality of life of women with stage IV metastatic breast cancer. You can apply for assistance from this site as well as donate. This fund is administered by the Breast Cancer Network of Western New York, Inc.
Cancer Care Co-Payment Assistance Foundation is a not-for-profit organization  to address the needs of individuals who cannot afford their insurance co-payments to cover the cost of medications for treating cancer
Hill-Burton Free Care Program Free or low-cost care is available for qualified individuals at a Hill-Burton care center
Needy Meds This site is designed to provide information about patient assistance programs which provide no cost prescription medications to eligible participants.       
Partnership for Prescription Assistance  brings together America's pharmaceutical companies, doctors, other health care providers, patient advocacy organizations and community groups to help qualifying patients who lack prescription coverage get the medicines they need through the public or private program that's right for them.

Patient Advocate Foundation  A national non-profit organization that serves as an active liaison between the patient and their insurer, employer and/or creditors to resolve insurance, job retention and/or debt crisis matters relative to their diagnosis through case managers, doctors and attorneys.
National Breast and Cerivical Cancer Early Detection Program For those without insurance, low-cost mammograms are available.  888-842-6355
Angel Flight America  A not-for-profit grassroots organization with a volunteer corps of more than 5,000 private pilots who provide flights of hope and healing by transporting patients and their families in private planes, free of charge, to hospitals for medical treatment.
Corporate Angel Network Arranges free air transportation for cancer patients traveling to treatment using the empty seats on corporate jets.
Lifeline Pilots Volunteer pilots provide free air transport for medical treatment.

Social Security and Disability Resource Center provides answers to questions on how to apply for disability, appeal a claim, navigate the system.
